Kids' Business: Art and Craft Fair 2025

Attention Artistic and Crafty Kids!

Have you ever thought about selling your original artwork or handmade crafts?

Kids' Business Art and Craft Fair!

We are SO excited to offer this event again!

This is a great way for kids to learn about setting up and running a business. Plus we love to see what all our creative friends have been working on!

→ What:
A pop-up market for kids to sell their handmade crafts or gently used toys

→ When:
Saturday May 3rd, 11am - 1pm (setup at 10am)

→ Where:
Happy Up in Edwardsville
6654 Edwardsville Crossing Dr, Ste A
Edwardsville, IL 62025

→ Who:
Entrepreneurs 7 to 12 years old

→ Cost:
$10 Fee for 6'x6' booth space

→ Registration will close on April 14th or when all booth spaces are filled.

Booth space is limited. Sign up as soon as you can to guarantee your space!

Things to Know:

This is a Kids in Charge event.
They will be responsible for their booths and all transactions during the fair.

Grown Ups must stay to provide any assistance if needed.

Siblings can share a booth space.

Attendance at the Vendor's Meeting is required. This lets us all get organized, share info, and make sure this is a great event for everyone!

Vendor's Meeting:

6pm Monday April 14th
At Happy Up in Edwardsville

Please bring samples of your work to the meeting. We will take pictures to help promote the event on our website and social media.

If you are unable to attend the Vendor's Meeting, please let us know as soon as possible.

Things you will need the day of the Fair:

• Your own table, display, or decorated booth.
• If you want to spread out a blanket, that’s ok, too!
• Cash box (with enough cash to make change)
• All items priced and ready to sell!
• Water, sunscreen, and any other items to stay comfortable during the market.
